When I first wanted (needed) to lose weight I felt defeated. I tried everything: Weight Watchers, Calorie Counting, The Cabbage Soup Diet...
And none of it worked.
After a decade of weight gain, weight loss efforts and failed attempts followed by even more weight gain, I finally realized that what I needed was a cohesive plan that focused on MY body and needs… not random fads from people online who aren’t even certified.
I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Buying another size up was not an option. Obsessing over food, depriving myself and then binging and failing was not an option. Walking into a room with my eyes down because I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable was not an option anymore. I was all in.
So I made the study of nutrition, food, weight loss, digestion and holistic health my focus.
I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching you up until this point.
And I lost 68lbs and kept it off.
This was my turning point.
After this, I realized I HAD to help others do the same. So I decided to focus my practice completely on weight loss for women who had tried and failed over and over.
